All orders ship from our headquarters in Lancaster County, PA, as well as from additional locations across the United States. At Eco Fuego, we’re dedicated to providing the best online shopping experience for all your firepit needs.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Monday - Saturday. All orders submitted before 2pm EST, will typically be shipped the same day as the order is placed. In some special cases, your order will ship the following day.
RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Items that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a new replacement or a full refund, shipping included. Items returned for any other reasons will be given a refund, minus the cost of shipping. Items that have been used or are not in the original packaging will be given a refund based on the condition of the item minus the cost of shipping.
